Donation & Payment Refunds

Donations successfully processed through our website are generally considered final because contributions may be allocated toward Foundation programs and charitable activities.

However, a refund request may be reviewed in circumstances such as:

• Duplicate payment
• Incorrect amount charged because of a technical error
• Unauthorized transaction reported by the account holder
• Payment successfully debited despite a confirmed transaction failure
• Other exceptional circumstances accepted by the Foundation

To request review of an eligible transaction, please contact us with the following information:

• Donor's full name
• Registered email address
• Mobile number
• Transaction ID
• Donation amount
• Transaction date
• Reason for the request
• Supporting payment details where necessary

Refund requests will be reviewed individually after verifying the transaction and relevant circumstances.

Approval of a refund is subject to verification, applicable payment gateway processes, Foundation policies, and legal or accounting requirements.

If a refund is approved, it will normally be initiated using an appropriate payment method, preferably through the original payment channel where technically available.

Where a donation receipt, tax certificate, or other statutory documentation has already been issued, any approved refund may require cancellation or adjustment of the relevant records in accordance with applicable requirements.

If the Foundation later introduces paid workshops, events, registrations, or other services, the specific cancellation and refund conditions displayed for that program will apply.
